I can't get a response from In-Demand TV. Please help.?

Does anyone know why the NHL package is not airing ALL televised games, except where blackout restrictions apply. I live in southern Florida, and they have not shown some Detroit Red Wings games over the past few week in which blackouts would not apply way down here.
