My dad says I am not responsible enough to get a puppy, a small, non-hyper dog, maybe Pomeranian... ... ... ?

dogs are a huge responsibility. if you think you are responsible enough then try to show him you are responsible enough. with a dog you have to clean up after it, take it to the vet make sure it has plenty of food and water and much more. but along with that responsibility is a life long companion that will help you feel better when you are sad, they'll help you celebrate when you are happy and will always be there when you need to talk. but remember to take good care of the dog you choose.
