My boxer pup just got bit by a terrier on his shoulder, advice please?

He is 9 months and a year old terrier ran up and bit him on the shoulder above his arms/ front legs. It has swollen up in three mounds. I have bathed him in baby shampoo and then dettol. I have then rested the limb and applied cold compresses. I have started him on erythromycin antibiotics and applied dettol to the small wound. he has been vaccinated, what else can I do? do I need to take him to the vet in the morning?
