Does anyone have a website or can they name the scandanavian under-garden pipe heating system?

I'm interested in it but can't seem to locate a place on the net that gives details about the company who produces is. Its new technology whereby pipes laid in your garden take the heat out of the ground which is at a constant temperature once its below 1 metre. Would really appreciate any help
