I cant get on one specific website for the past couple weeks and ive tired EVERYTHING!!?

ok ive went through every option imaginable for the past 2 weeks trying to get on this one site. www.thecruelcrue.com. Ive tried every option the tools tab has, every settings option, security options, turning off firewalls, turning off or on any and everything that could stop me from veiwing the site..It just goes straight to the yahoo homepage. Ive looked it up and tried all options i could find. ive looked it up on google a few times on how to fix this and tried every option other people have thought of. Im getting desperite. I can get on the site on my moms laptop (both r in the same house on the same internet connection) but not this computer. Its to the point where im thinking about completely clearing this computer of everything and start completely over with nothing, but i dont want to take it that over board just for one site. Ive finally decided to ask for help. So please..can anyone try and help me. Id really appreciate it. I would like to fix this ASAP..
