Keylogger ?????? network ?

can i install a keylogger software in another computer using my comp???? i'm worried about my lil bro and i need to install a keyloger in his comp so dat i can kno wt he'z upto..but i cnt install it using his own comp..bcoz he'z always there with his comp.. daz y i need to do diz with my comp.. is there anyway to do diz? with network or anything? and i hv heard abt dis monitoring softwares.. wtever da software is i juz wanna install it using my comp may b through network or anything.....help plzzzzzzzzzzz???????????
