True for Kirk Spock?

Thank you Kirk Spock. However, I clearly understand the workings of the machine. However, the bottom line is that the voices of the American people in those two states will not be heard at all. How democratic is that? Did the American people dictate the rules or set the guidelines of the DNC? I think not. A lot of politicians did.
