What is your 6 month old's schedule?

Sophie is 6 months old on the 29th! I can't believe it. What is everyone's schedule like? Just curious? She doesn't seem as interested in feeding every 3 hours. I'm wondering if I should move it to every 3 1/2 hours and then do the demand feedings when she wants them? Maybe I should offer more solids? We are only doing rice once a day and maybe every other day a solid (just a few bitefuls). And before anyone says anything, the MD told us to give her solids between 4-6 months. He said it was fine.
