Can I sue my brother for inheritance? If so how to go about it in Kentucky?

Dad died in 2004, Mom died intestate in 2007. There are 4 children (I being #3). oldest bro was only one without a house. And being we couldnt sell it at the time We all agreed to let him stay in parents house long as he paid all bills incl mortgage. After few months of letting relatives stay an later kicking them out oldest bro asked if we would sign house over to him being he payin mortgage. We did sign but our understanding that he was guna live there. Later he moves in with new g/f an sells house on contract. The 3 of us sitting with thumbs up our wazoo while he collects. He also finished claim on roof my mom started but unable to finish. Insurance co paid bro 3800 to put new roof on but he got motorcycle instead. Again I feel he stole this $ from us. While mother dying in hospital bro drive her car an got hit by city bus an he collect $. Again he shuda split with us. He also wrote checks outa her acct which again $ in her acct shuda been split. I was beneficiary of her life ins I paid everything with her life ins $ an wat was left I split equally four ways. I feel he has ripped us off says in deed he gave us 25000 each but he did not. We haven't received zilch an I think he owes us if he selling on contract. I'm due my inheritance he tryin to steal.
