Can Obama stay focused on Health Care even under nuclear attack?

With many on the brink of bankruptcy and threat of nuclear war looming, Unemployment dangerously high if Pres. Obama gets control of Health Care then what industry will be next. What was his annual salary before he became President of the United States? Should his salary be brought under Government Control?
