How do I get videos and pics on my Phone?

I've tried doing this myself and can't seem to get it working. I just bought a Deleve (SCH-R800 uc cellular) tried getting ring tones, pics and videos on this new phone. I was only able to get music on there. they just don't show up in the phone no matter if its in the mini sd or not. PLEASE help!
