My 6months old wakes during the night constantly?

I dont know what to do, my 6months old wakes during the night constantly. He is not hungry cause he starts this about 2 hours after he goes to bed and wakes repeatedly through the night. I try giving him his paci this works for a few hours, rocking him this works for a few hours, ill eventually feed/change him around 4am ( he eats solid gerber around 730pm and then a bottle with rice cereal in it at 9ish, goes to bed right after that, the dr told me to put the rice cereal in his bottle so please no comments about that). I tried letting him cry for a bit but that doesnt work either and wakes his dada who starts work at 4am.... HELP PLEASE!!!! any suggestions i dont know what to do anymore
