Who got the harsher send off? Torre or Randolph?

If you recall, Torre got on an airplane and went down to Florida only to be insulted with a cut in pay after the Yankees failed to get out of the first round of the playoffs yet again; and NOW Willie got on an airplane and went to Anaheim, played one game, won and two hours after the game got fired.
